SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Exchanges
At nalubaby, we work hard to describe our products as accurately as possible so there are no surprises when your order arrives. We want every customer to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation
We process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact@nalubaby.com as soon as possible. Because most in-stock items ship within 12 hours, you must contact us within that window so we can attempt to cancel before the order is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests cannot be honored once an order has already been processed.

Wrong address
It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address and to contact us promptly with any change, which can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, or for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible or incomplete addresses). If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you, at your choice, a refund of your order minus shipping costs, or a re-shipment.

Shipping times
Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided at checkout as estimates, not guarantees.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact contact@nalubaby.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
